HighWire
How do users access HighWire?
HighWire is a “true” cloud based measurement system. Users only need to use a modern browser to gain access. The use of Citrix is not needed, as only antiquated measurement systems require Citrix.
How much does AMP charge for additional users?
Nothing – you can have an unlimited number of users. AMP does not charge per user.
What database does HighWire use?
HighWire uses SQL Server Standard edition. Large customers may opt for SQL Server Enterprise edition to take advantage of its capabilities.
Scheduling a Demo
How long is the demo?
Each demo is approximately one hour, giving us enough time to walk through HighWire and answer your questions.
Where are demos held?
Demos are held virtually via Microsoft Teams. You’ll receive a meeting link after scheduling.
What will be covered in the demo?
We’ll walk through a tailored overview of HighWire based on your operations, including measurement workflows, integrations, and key features most relevant to your team.
Is the demo customized to our business?
Yes—each demo is tailored to your specific needs, whether you’re focused on liquid, gas, terminal operations, or integrations.
Is there any obligation after the demo?
No—demos are purely informational and designed to help you evaluate whether HighWire is a good fit for your operations.
Our Process
How long does implementation typically take?
Implementation timelines vary based on complexity, but HighWire is designed to be deployed quickly—often much faster than traditional measurement systems.
Is implementation disruptive to our operations?
No—HighWire supports an iterative approach, allowing you to test and validate configurations before going live. This minimizes disruption and ensures everything is working as expected.
What happens after implementation?
Once your system is live, we continue to support your team and can help expand functionality, integrations, or additional workflows as your needs evolve.
